to my friends
who have bad mood or stress
you can release stress by eating chocolate


this is because
chocolate is made from plant
it contains many of the health benefit
this also helps us to balancing our body's hormones

research proved that chocolate can elevate mood
and most of the people are craving for chocolate in the time of stress or down depression


Last but not least
chocolate can make people feel less anxious and worries


I have done this research for my MUET subject
